What are Family Constellations? Through Family Constellations sessions you achieve an order in your life, acceptance of what was, what is, and with the order that you perceive a new perspective is formed from which you can choose differently from this new place. We do not constellate the family tree or our ancestors. We constellate an unresolved problem of ours today. It starts with you, a problem and the present. The session is online via Zoom and lasts 60 minutes. We begin with an initial interview to get to know each other and to be able to focus and distinguish well the theme to constellate. Then we move to the second part where the movements are generated while we are talking about what arises until the session reaches its conclusion where there is an approach to an understanding, harmony or new perspective. What issues can be constellated? Money Parent-child relationship Not being able to find love Feeling Excluded Divorces or separations Success, inheritances, etc How long does a session last? Approximately 60 minutes Is there a frequency of sessions that is recommended? Once you finish your session allow approximately 30 days before having your next Family Constellation session. This time is recommended for you to allow integration of the movements, insights and changes of perspective you might get from it. Once you have a session different aspect of your life will start shifting and getting in a more balanced order and harmony, during which you start recognizing other topics and situations that you would like to understand and get more clarity in with a follow up session. Like everything in life, having one Family Constellation session is one step of your healing process. A treatment of Family Constellations, which consists of monthly sessions during a period of time, can assist you go deeper and step by step to a place where settled harmony, balance and clearer perspective exist within you every day.
