What are the Akashic Records?

The Akashic Records are an energetic library of information that contain the details of your soul and its journey. They span through past lives, present incarnations, and future possibilities. It’s a tool of who we are becoming. Akashic Records can be accessed for people, animals, plants and places as well as the Universal information available to us. Through the Universal Akashic Records is how I got the messages for B-Centered Messages Book. Interestingly, everything has its own Akashic Record. Your soul has an Akashic Record, your house has an Akashic Record, your dog, even your relationship! You can open the specific Records of things to ask questions that pertain to them.

I contemplated how beautiful would have been to received Yoga teachings as a child and get its benefits earlier on in my life (I started at 22 years old). I wanted to create a book to inspire kids with art, through this ancient techniques to get the confidence that they also could create the life they dreamed. My close friend and Kids Yoga instructor Beth Maderal co-authored with me and her students from Public Prep School in the Bronx, New York, were the models.
